Right on father's and grandfather's property

Hello sir, I am 20 years old girl.My question is do a girl have right over her father's and grandfather's property or not? My problem is my father doesnt bother about my education at all. He has hearing problem somewhat mentally upset too. So, our grand father has handled us all till now. but now he also doesnt want to support my education. He says he doesnt have any money as my mother and brother has wasted so much money in amount of lakhs. Infct my mom kept our home in mortgage and she couldnt repay the amount now our home is also not in our hands. But my grandfather had always supported my brother . Even now he is supporting my brother. My mother borrowed money from outside and she sent me to canada but as u know i cant earn that much money that i would be able to pay my fee. Now everyone is stepping aback. Nobody is ready to take the responsibility of my education they dont want to help me even a bit. We have one rice mill that my grandfather gave to my father and her two daughters . We have one factory that he is saying that only her grandson will handle and will get all the income. With his support my brother said me dont even hope that you will get anything from here . Do on your own . Else ask your mother for the fee and all. But she also cant help me out. So, i just want to know what should i do in this situation? Do i have any right on my my grandfather's or father's property? What can i do so that they will support my education? Is there any law for this? Please reply as soon as possible.
