Right of husband on first wife's property

My father in laws has done 2nd marriage after my real mother in laws death. Owner of our home was my real mother in law.My husband are 2 brother and one sister. How will devide our property????

If your mil had died intestate then your husband will get equal share along with your fil his brothers and sisters. It will be 1|5 th share

It is believed that you are in Hindu, and deceased Hindu woman has not left any WILL, and property was self acquired/earned and not acquired from husband/parents on record.

The property of a female Hindu dying without WILL shall be distributed:

--Firstly, upon the sons and daughters (including the children of any pre-deceased son or daughter) and the husband;

If yes, your father in law, husband, husband's brother, husband's sister have equal share.
