Revoking of settlement made earlier

Dear Professional Colleagues,

A & B is brothers and  is owning a property together. B is in abroad. Before leaving abroad , he made a settlement in favour of A so that A could sell the land if proper offer comes. Because of the above settlement , A has become the sole owner of the land. Now , B wants to cancel the above settlement with the consent of A and whether he can do the same?

Whether the earlier settlement made by B can be cancelled by B with the consent of A so that the earlier position that coowners of land can be regained?

After cancellation of the settlement by B , B wants to have settlement from A to relinquish his rights over the land and in such case , again can B be become the single owner of the land .

The settlement scheme is used to avoid the stamp duty and whether the same scheme can be employed to regain the ownership of the above land through the settlment scheme.

I request the fellow professionals to offer their valuable suggestion on the subject.

Regards
