Revocation of gift deed

1. Can father in law gift property to son in law. Is it valid gift?

2. In case of gift of flat, Does society accept donee as owner of the said flat?

3. Can property transferred by way of gift be taken back by donor?

Please advace legal aspect and rights pertaining to gifted property.

Ans.Yes father in law gift his property to son in law.Its valid.

2. In case of gift of flat, Does society accept donee as owner of the said flat?

Ans.yes

3. Can property transferred by way of gift be taken back by donor?

Ans. No
