Thanks Kumar. We should discourage repeated queries.

Kumar Doab,

Tell in which of the above links this query has been properly replied.

Jai Karan Nagwan (consultant)     18 January 2015

Appeal to whom? Is it departmental appeal or to court?. If to court which court you appealed?

(Guest)

Appeal has already been rejected by the Appellate Authority under CCS(CCA) Rules.  and its order is not a Speaking Order.  Now it is not known whether Revision/Review in the Department is possible or the individual has no choice but to approach CAT.

Kumar Doab (FIN)     18 January 2015

Yes Mr. Nangwan...........as pointed out by you in this and other threads ........repeated queries be discouraged.

@ Sandeep Kumar

Your all queries have been addressed very well ,in all threads initiated by you and there is nothing left to add.........

In other threads you will notice that I have addressed you with respect and in gentle manner.

Same is expected from you (Querist) also.........thus when you address anyone it is a basic demand of manners and courtesy that you add Mr/Shri to the name of the experts/members.......................and that you have not done.

In your post addressed to me the tone of your writing is as if I am your subordinate or junior.....................

Still it is suggested that :::There is nothing left to be added to your queries and you may yourself (if query pertains to the matter that you yourself are facing) and anyone else (whom you want to support/your client/well wishers etc.....) visit in person ........Labor Consultant/Service matters lawyer/Law firm and even employee's/trade union leaders.......well versed with the rules that you have quoted, precedence’s,judgments ..................and get benefited with their advise...............................they may charge a fee from you or they may not charge any fee at all.......

It has already been pointed out that you have missed the benefit of further counsel of Shri.P.S.Dhingra..........................a senior expert that is also an expert in rules quoted by you..............

You and anyone can ascertain why by going thru another thread at:

https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Speaking-order-517236.asp#.VLtShYSUcqM

The admin of LCI is very well aware the service being rendered by the members and experts and it is loudly visible from the appreciations and thanks posted at LCI.................

Hope you will agree that this should be allowed to continue without raking any controversy and debate......

For Mr.Kumar Doab,

Instead of polluting minds of experts and visitors of experts forum and this forum   by quoting links of my queries on the pretext of being repetitive, it would have been better, if you had pointed out specifically as to what exactly is repetitive, which already been has replied properly earlier. You are given opportunity to do so now also so that both the fora know the truth.

Jai Karan Nagwan (consultant)     18 January 2015

Mr. kumar rightly suggested you to meet lawyer, who deals in service matters. After discussion with lawyer, you can approach Admin Tribunal / Judicial review (HC)/ WP etc., but most appropriate would be Admin Tribunal, but meet lawyer, speak to him, but not to dictate him as to which forum matter should be proceeded. All the best.

Jay karan Ji,

Kindly see my queries and remarks of  Mr. Kumar Doab. Where are repetitive queries, which have been replied properly earlier?

Jai Karan Nagwan (consultant)     18 January 2015

What I understand, Mr. kumar is very helpful to the queriest, Would request you take this positive in the interest that more and more people get benefited with this free service. This is also facts that one should not start multiple threads, same thread cab be continued for detailed discussion. However, if you are Ok with my above suggestion is fine or write your concern after meeting your counsel.

Queries were different in different threads.
