Review petition - documents

Respected Advocates,

We are filing for a Review petition in the Supremecourt after the judgement came against us in the property litigation case.

Importance evidence was overlooked all these years.

1. Maiden and Post marriage signatures of the Plaint

2. the Disputed family arrangments the dependent had is only photocopy. it was marked in the court under two different numbers however we today established that both were photocopy only and not originals. (high likelyness they have misplaced it as given in one of their affidavit so when they found it also it was photocopy only).

We understand the issue of photocopy had to be raised in civil and highcourt however it was never known or noticed by us or our lawyers.

Will point two be a deal breaker in accepting the review petition ?
