Retiral benefits

hi, i have a interesting question for all of you.

a person was appointed as conducter in govt. transport in the year of 1978. he was dismissed from service in 1983. he filed a civil suit which was in his favour. in appeal he lost. In High Court he also lost his case. he filed SLP in SC and got stay order and department reinstated him in service. in the year 1994 the SLP was dismissed but he was doing his duties continouisly. then he trasferred from one depot to another depot of transport department. and later he reitred from service on attaining the age of superannuation in the year 2006. but his retiral benefits are not released till date. what is the remedy available to him. please guide me.

why the SLP was dismissed.

It appreasrs that after dismissal of SLP the stay is vacated and he is again a dismissed employee but employer kept on takin work from him.  Is that so.
