We are pleased to offer you the work of Retainership in our organization for a monthly remuneration of Rs………….In this regard it is however made clear that you will be on probation period for Six month. After Six month your term can be increased along with your remuneration strictly based on performances. Termination of the retainership can be made by either side after giving a prior notice of Six Months. Please join the organization from……….

We want to appoint 2/3 consultant on a retainership basis for a project chargable on per day basis. For everymonth they will raise an Invoice against the days worked in that month. After deducting applicable TDS we will make their payment.

Now, my question does this kind of appointment liable for PF & ESI?

Kindly provide me retainership agreement format.
