retainers right and position as an manager finance

sir,

   i am an advocate and I have been offered a retainership which company wants to provide for permanent tenure. is it possible and can i able to get pension on the basis of retainership, can you please provide me a retainership agreement format so that i cvan study and take decision accordingly. earlier i was manager in that company and they does not want to lose me as due to my experience and i also willing too remain with them as for future prospects.

what is my legal position,

please make it clear, I am confused.

In a private concern you wont get pension.

but they are willing to pay me , so whether any loopholes or legal way for it. pvt. concerns are giving whole perks to its employee.
