Dy Registrar passed the order for Re Audit of society of last 35 years. on the basis of one member's complaint.The newly elected committee took the charge from the administrator and challenged the order in coop court.The opponent hasn't appeared for any hearing.The complainent has made the intervention application and the matter is being just pulled on. The present committee took the efforts to streamline the working of society.The long pending dues of one defaulter member has been settled down in general body meeting by majority passing the resolution. The complainant member has written letter that general body of society can't pass the resolution when reaudit case is pending. Please guide.
