Ur resignation doesn't trouble students in middle so until accept of resignation u have to attend

Dear Venu Sir,
my wife worked in an national education institution as teacher for 12 yrs. she opted to resign n submitted resignation stating personal reasons on 18.04.19 ie last working day before commencement of summer holidays... in resignation letter it was stated to settle her PF amount n pay the PF accumulated... the institution has not forwarded the PF settlement to head office stating to repay 3 months salary.
my query...is there any rule to repay the 3 months salary...for teacher who had put up 12 yrs of service for getting back her PF amount.
pls quote any rule....to repay or not reqd to pay.. to proceed further

Is it general Provident Fund or Employees Provident Fund? Any how, once the resignation is accepted, she is entitled to get the PF amount without any strings attached.
