Dear sir
I have been suspended on 23 mar 2014 from MSEDCL due to non attendance of mobile calls of higher authority(for 2 days) and coming late and unprepared to meeting organised by higher authority (date ,time and agenda was not communicated in written )of which i was not been intimated but was SMS was on my mobile, chargesheet has not been issued.
Sir desciplinary action was taken against me in earlier case in which i was 'punished with 1. increment held up with cummulative effect.'
sir my questions are:
1} If i resign now with proper notice period,will i get the relive letter within specified time or they will complete the preoceedings with chargesheet and announce punishment and then give relieve letter with proper audit.
2)Is there any problem in relieving if i get similar kind of punishment like '1 increment held up with cummulative effect'.
