Resignation & resinstatement

Dear Friends

Can On reinstatement any resignation submitted earlier be taken account and acted upon for relieving an officer.

Acc to my knowlewdge when emplyer agreed to resinatate the officer it means he is willing to accept the officer to continue in servicesso leggally also all earlier resignation becomes null and void .

Secondly if a resignation is rejected in writing after completing enquiry can be acted upon after the reinstatement of officer on account of setting asiode of orders of DA & AA.

Thirdly any letter seeking permission to resgn/or offer to resign has legal validity if this letter was submiited in furtherance of review  appeal on date when officer was under complusorirly retirment punishment which was set aside after review was allowed,

Thank

Rahul

Apparently it is another case of high headedness, arrogance.

It shall be approrpiate to show all docs on record to a very abel counsel specializing in service matters and wel versed with service rules, conduct and discipline rules etc....

Give facts of case. Don't expect experts to use dice to understand the case

What is the opinion of your own counsel that has examined all docs and inputs?
