My query is about maximum year limit of reservation given by a state to the handicapped person of that state when they have not been getting any candidate on that post for many years??
From 10 year that post going vacant, and more than 4 times advertisement came.
Every time they didn't get a single application from their state.
So sir, can other state eligible candidates can apply.
Or I should raise this issue with commissioner of physically challenged, New Delhi.

No. State rules are different. Once a roster point is arised under reservation, that shall be kept till the suitable candidate in that reserved category.
