Procedure to file an application for priority or expedite the case of a senior citizen at the district court?

The Chief Justice of India has addressed the Chief Justices of all the High Courts advising them to identify and dispose of cases on priority basis in which persons above 65 years of age are involved. These include long pending cases of senior citizens, pensioners and retired Government servants on a priority basis.
As such there is no provisions in law for invoking the same
