Resale flat

dear sir, recently I bought 10yrs old flat,it is in the name of a lady,she is having a one minor girl(she told},nomore persons in their house, I didn't get any approval sign from the minor girl,whether is it required to get the approval sign from the minor girl to buy the house or not.if she is a major what r the rules involved in it
