Required date of birth certificate for passport

Hello All,

I was born on 1989. I would like to apply for passport but for passport DOB is mandatory who was born after 1989. My parents didnt register in any municipal office. I would like to know is there any way of getting the DOB certificate ASAP or anyother way to proceed for Passport without DOB. I am from hyderabad any legal suggestions please.

what is your qualification.DOB would be mentioned in school certificates also basing on which you could proceed further

If your birth was not registered with teh concerned authorities, it cannot be registered now, hence after obtaining a non-availability certificate from the concerned department, you may file a petition before a magistrate court under registration of births and deaths act seeking a direction to direct the concerned authorities to register the birth in the register meant for it and issue you with a extract of the same which will solve the purpose.
