I am seeking for an advice from Lawyers Club regarding a Property Deal which i am working on. The Deal is currently in process and i am not sure how much i can trust the Buyer Parties Agents (Broker's) blindly. So before any final meeting between final parties (i.e. Intrested Buyer & Owner of Property) i want to get make an MOU between the Agent's involved from Buyer's side & Seller's side, so none of the party double crosses and gets the deal done directly. Would request members to share with me the format for an MOU which can be made between the Agents (Broker's) before the sale of Particular property. Request to help me ASAP as this is an urgent case.
