Dear friends, request your kind help, the case of RCR filed by my wife was dismissed in family court, she also had filed hma 24 application along with the case, i was paying maintainence until the end of the case, after which i stopped paying money, now she has filed appeal in high court, so i want to know, will HMA 24 again start once appeal has filed in high court........?
