sir,
my employer filed a criminal casein police station & conducted a domestic enquiry.in domestic enquiry they failed to prove & gave clean chit to me.The police chargsheeted me & case is in court.Is there any rule which prevent me to reinstate in my previous position.
as departmental enquiry gave clean chit, court will not dismis the case.
please guide /help me in this regard
