Replies received for rti act - whether accepted as evidence

Does the trial court accept replies received from public authorities (who are an extended arm of the government), as primary evidence in a criminal case? If not, how should I use these replies to protect myself? Thanks.

1. "Certified Copies" of any pubically held documents, duly issued by ANY public authority. is acceptable in Court as Documentary evdiences.
