Wife had filed for divorce on some grounds but family court dismissed the same after trial since she didn't even try to prove her allegations.
Now, husband wants to file for divorce on ground of metal cruelty. So, can she repeat the same allegations/grounds which she used in dismissed petion in fresh counter also?
Who cares what is written in her fresh petition? She simply wants some hard cash from you, you are not giving, so to simply harass you and waste your precoius years she is doing all this, better use outside tactics, if you cant wait for legthy court procedure, then pay her money to make her quiet, or just have patience, are you in hurry to remarry? have you already gotten engaged to some girl? Why are you in such a hurry?
