Hi,
We have 4 shops in my hometown.
one belongs to us,2 to my uncle and one to other party.
we have been on this rented premises for last 52 years .
Last week we came to know onwer sold all 4 shops it to someone else other than the one us all.
according to our agreement it says when ever owner wants to sale he must offer us to buy first and if we deny he can sell to someone else and if he transfers it to some one the new owner cant terminate our existing agreement and shops can't be evicted.
we have been paying rent regulary for last 52 years.
what shall be our move.?
