rented shop

sir/ madam we have a rented a shop which is aatachted to our house the shop is rented for more than 20 years on basis of a aggreement stating the amount which is just nominal for the shop to be paid as rent but now we want the tenAnt to vacate the shop which he has clearly denied and also stopped paying rent from last 1 year he has also closed down the shop and locked it . we have filed case but when the date came for court hearing the tenant did not came and thus the matter was dismissed .the property is on the name of my father and he is alive thus we are the future heirs . we live in rajasthan . any Dvice will be welcomed.
