Rent Agreement

Hi,

I want to rent out my apartment as a service apartment for company. Since it will require me to allow them to sublet the flat to different people. What are the things I need to check & what clause can help me in case of any dispute.

If you want to allow your tanent to sub let than forget about the property except the rent .

You are giving your property on rent to the co., and the co., wans to sublet it then whatz the benefit to you, insted of doing so directly you can let out the property. Co., is taking the benefit on your property.
