RENT

MY UNCLE DOING BUSINESS IN A RENTED SHOP SINCE LAST 26 YEARS. HIS LANDLORD INCREASING RENT AFTER 2 YEAR AND SAYING IF YOU HAVE ANY OBJECTION CAN LEAVE THE SHOP. I WANT TO KNOW WHT HE SHOULD DO.

Your uncle should go to rent controller and should get the fare rent establshed therefrom which generally is fixed for 5 years.
