I am passing through big dilemma and unable to decide what to do. I am trying to put everything to make it more easy to understand the issue.
I have bought 2bhk flat in Pune which is under construction and will be complete in 2016. At the time of agreement, I made my wife as co-owner without knowing that it will become reason to panic.
Since she is equal owner, the bank also made her co-applicant even though I will be paying all EMIs.
I have already paid the stamp duty and agreement cost in september-2014.
Now, she has decided to seperate and stay with her parents and insisting that her name be removed from the bank loan. When I approached bank, they said agreement has to be amended to do so and they themselves can not do anything.
Kindly advise what should I do.
Is it really possible to change the agreement ? Will I have to pay extra to do so?
Kindly provide me all options which are afordable and feasible.
