Remedy against a Possible absconder
What is the remedy against a possible absconder in the intervening period between filing of a case and issue of notices and service of summons
(i) In a criminal case like Ch Return
(ii) In a civil case like that of recovery

Unless and until court do any proceeding nothing can be done. when the accused does not attend the court date then he Bailable warrants, NBW's and thereafter proceedings under section 82 Cr.P.C and lastly under section 83 Cr.P.C would be carried out. Court will attach all the properties of absconder. Police can arrest him anytime.
