Relinquishment of share

My Cousin brother relinquishment his share in a property in favor of her sisters, now sister wants to transfer the share in to his brother once again can she do this

Yes, she has all rights to dispose her property as per her on will.

It means my brother can take back his share as per will (registered) Will of his sisters 

Or through reqlinqhshement
