Dear Members,
Reliance Communication has sold its USB modem promisina speed of 3.1 MB and it is advertising its speed also as 3.1 MB on its website news paper tv etc.
The fact is that the the i am getting a speed of 6 kbps and the reliance also agrees that they are not able to provide the promised speed in my area.
So my quetion is can I file a court case against them, if yes what type of case, can any one help to take this procedure further.
