Reliablity of an advocate

Mr. Y filed an O.S .in senior division (SRDN) appointing Mr. s as his advocate. There were 20 dependents; suit decreed in favor of Mr. Y .Mr. Y filed an FDP again appointing Mr. S as his advocate with 20 opponents. One of the dependents of OS named Mr. B filed RA in the district court. So, Mr. Y became respondent number “1” with 19 other respondents .Again Mr. Y appointed Mr. s as his advocate, 2 other respondents named Mr. M & Mr. F engaged same Mr. S as  their advocates were as Mr. M & Mr. F were  opponents in OS .

Is the Act of the advocate Mr. S justifiable by law by filing Mr. M  , Mr. F & Mr. Y’s cases at the same time because Mr. M & Mr. F were  opponents with Mr. Y in O.S .
