Release deed

Mr.A has purchased a land in his own name in the year 1956..(value of the property Rs.10000, Rs.6000 from his own pocket and remaining 4000 he took from his father)... Mr.A has 4 brothers and two sisters.. these brothers and sisters were forcing that Mr.A cannot hold the property in his name..

so Mr.A made a Release deed in his father name.. but his father in his life time never accepted it nor changed the deed in his name..eventually father died..

Mr.A paid rates and taxes of the property from 1956 to 2013.. in 2013 Mr.A died..

now brothers and sisters are claiming share in the property..

my question is 1)Even though Mr.A made a release deed in his fathers name and father never accepted it.. is the property still in the name of Mr.A until his death??

2)After the death of Mr.A.. will the property inherit to the children of Mr.A?

3) will the Brothers and sisters of Mr.A will have any share in the property??

Since the release deed not signed by Mr.A's father, the property belongs to Mr.A  and his successors viz. .,his wife, and his sons only. Since the property is on Mr.A's name.
