My grand father have two children's
Ramesh and Latha. Grand father died in 1970. After that in 1999 partition deed has made for Ancestral property between my father and my grand father brothers sons. But in that my father sister name not included in partition. Now release deed can do with stamp duty or again partition can do between my father and her sister.
