It is believed you are all Hindu. confirm.

Have you seen the said power and release deed?

Have you obtaind the copy of mutation record with link docs?

Have you shwon these to your able counsel, specializing in revenue/family/property/civil matters?

If yes what is th opinion of your counsel?

Regret: NO, I can not call you.

Best option: Show the power, release deed, mutation record with link docs,  to your able counsel, specializing in revenue/family/property/civil matters, at your location, for a considered opinion.

Show the power, release deed, mutation record with link docs,  to your able counsel, specializing in revenue/family/property/civil matters, at your location, for a considered opinion, on options and merits in each option.

Your own counsel can opine on your queries.
