regularity of job

we are 5 men working with direct contract as a chef in the central government hotel since 1990 .In 2010 our 40 collueges and juniors had given a permanent status,we also demanded the same but management ignored,regarding we filed a case against management in 2011 and fought for 8 years and in june 2019 we won the from labour court but still management is not responding...what should we do

First issue a Registered  notice to the hotel management requesting for implementation of the Labour court decision, and also enclose a copy of the decision. Contact the advocate who has handled the issue at Labour court and act as per his directions..
