Regularisation of contractual employees

Dear Sir,

Reserve Bank of India hired Executive Interns on contract basis for 3 years, the  recruitment was for 200 executive Interns and for that the advertisement was published in the employment news and other news papers and eligibility criterias were same as for regular Grade B recruitment and for that   all india level written exam was conducted followed by personal interview. Out of 200 around 120 joined and arond 30 left the service as job being contractual in nature.

Now we have completed one and half year and in our contract there was no clase for regularisation of service , there was just clause that candidate can not claim for regular appointment with the bank. My question is if bank absorbs us on regular service then candidate who didnt join in other words didnt even enter into the contract with the bank and those who left the service in midway can claim for job ? and can bank regularise our service ? is there any legal issue in regularising service ?
