hello,my grand ma she has a pagdi shop,she has made a gift deed for the shop..nd the shop transferring letter & possession letter to landlord tht the shop should be transferred to me,but before we could do registration,my grand ma died nd is there any options to transfer the said shop, as my granma has totaly 2 daughter and 2 son, i am daughter of her eldest late son... plz do guide me.
Its the same with the house,i have notarized before me gift deed
