Registration of new company

Hi,

I am from bangalore. I want to start manpower consultancy company in bangalore. I need information related to Registration of new company. Following are my questions:

1. What all registrations to be made?

2. As it is a startup company, intially I would like to start at home for atleast 1 year. I want to know whether this is legal?

3. Whether can I use home electric city connection and telephone connection for business purpose?

Also let me know which is the best handbook for labour laws and statutory laws.

Request to clarify my doubts. Thanks in advance.

hi ,

You cant use Home as a commercial purpose ,

some time used but there is no work done there just a office it will ok,

but for manpower services you required following mandatory Statutary Acts as follows,

1. Shops & Estt license,

2. PF & ESIC, Contact Labou Act etc

Try to have a Trade Licence before you start on this as Good Companies would not trust unless you have a commercial foothold. You need a good WEBSITE.
