I am working in Gulf and now I wanted to purchase plot in Maharashtra near my native place. My brother is in Maharashtra.
I wanted to purchase NA plot on my name but physically I cannot present at the time of registration. I am sending all the amount through money transfer to my brother to settle amount on behalf of me.
Please advise me what to do so that I can purchase plot on my name. 7/12 shoule be on my name.

You can prepare power of attorney on your brother;s name, and get it done property registration on your name.

I would be grateful to you if you forward me fromat of Power of Attorney so that i can courier the same to my brother in India.
Please tell me how to prepare POA so that i can courier after preparing the smae to my brother.
