I am in need to know, whether registration of Equitable Mortgage in the state of Bihar is prevailing or not ? And if os, pleae let me know the proceedings viz. stamp duty rates and other expeses, all the details which is must to be known for completion of the registration of Equitable Mortgage in favour of Bank or any Financial Institution. Pls
