In some states husband can appear and get the sale deed registered in the name of wife.

This is permitted at the time of purchase.

This is not permitted at the time of sale. For sale the real owner has to appear in person.

You may check the process at your end in your state.

The deed writer, lawyer, sub registrar can provide the details.

Valuable advice of learned experts/members is sought.

Hi Krushi,

Your wife can give you authorisation at the bottom of Form 32 A as her representative to get the property registered in her name. I attach the presribed form for your information... You can show this to your document writer and he will help you fully.
