I have purchased site in bangalore of 1170 sq. feet and of market price Rs. 900/ - per sq. feet. Pl. let me know how much amount do I need to arrange other than price of property (i.e. 10,53,000/-).
Can i know what the charge for Paper Works, registration charges, taxes etc.in Nagarbhavi registration office

You will have to pay the stamp duty and other miscelleneous expenses i., tips to sub registrar etc., It is better to make an enquiry with the stamp vendor, who knows everthing.
