I have flat in pune and it is in joint name that is myself and my wife.My wife is not staying with me. I want to get release deed prepared. Registred Release deed needs to be prepared to remove her name and share. As her parents are staying in Jalgaon, can i get it done from Jalgaon , Maharashtra ? please suggest
Flat was purchased and registered in pune District.
