Registering sale certificate or sale deed in auction

Dear Experts,

I recently bought flat in public auction (with SARFAESI Act proceedings) from one of the financial organization  and would like to know below for smoother registration process.

1. Who will prepare & register  sale deed with transfer of ownership from borrower to me ( buyer) . Is it credit securer  or Buyers responsibility  (Or is it sufficient if we register only sale certificate for ownership transfer and no sale deed registration )

2. They did not mention about possession status  (whether symbolic or physical) in auction notice. But, I visited house and it is seized by secure creditor. Is this fine or do I need to ask for any document evidence for physical possession

3. Will there be any possession certificate ( apart from sale certificate) issued to buyer once sale confirmed and executed
