I have registered a deed on October month, Deed was handled by General power of attorney. During registration he was submitted Life certificate of Legal hires. And registration done well.
Now I found a typo mistake in document, mistakenly document writer typed month September instead of October. Now I am going to apply correction of document.
My question is for correction of document again he (GPA) need to be submit life certificate of legal hires? Or Is only enough General power of attorney have to sign?.
Please give your suggestion and advice.
