Regarding unpaid of my salary

I have worked as a Accountant in Dadheech Infrastructure Private Limited, Chennai Site a Civil Construction Company from 1st Dec'11 to 15th May'12. They have not deposited my PF and also not paid my 15 days Salary still now after telephonic and e-mail communication aslo.

When I sent mail that I will complain in Labour Office, they replied me that "you can go to to High Court" by mail.

What's the best solution to teach them?

Please suggest me asap.

Your lawyer may opine:

this is a sarcastic comment, in bad taste, contempt of courts: labor court and High Courts in particular, “Damn you” attitude for statues/social security legislations/, law of the land……..and that you can lodge a complaint with police, criminal complaint……

After all courts and State is  “Parens patriae or  "parent of the nation."

If the sender is owner/promoter/director of the company he can be sued, if he is an employee in say……….HR/legal cell etc he/she has landed himself/herself in soup.

Frankly such individuals are not fit to be left to loose around in a civilized society. They litter nuisance wherever they are.

What matters is your resolve and competence of your lawyer.

It shall be better if you beat this matter thru a competent and experienced criminal lawyer.
