I am Dharinder working from 2011 in government school on contract from government authority.
now I want experience certificate of my job. by which article or law I request to head to make my certificate. he refuse to make it and said you are on contract from last 8 years how can I make it.
suggest me legal way or acts of labour law under which I apply and convinced him.
