I booked a residential plot with real estate company in bangalore. I paid them 70% of ammount. But, they are doing registration. They keep on postponing it everytime. When I tried to reach them for cancellation of the booking, the company owner is not responding to phone calls and emails. I have original receipts and sale agreement given by that company. How to get my money back?
If I go by legal process, how long it will take to close the case?
