dear sir,
I m working in xyz company.1st year i was graduate engineer trainee,then after i have spent 1 year 6 month here.
therefore i have completed my 2.5 year here,now i got better oppertunity ,and the new employer required my acceptance and relieving letter.
And i am here bond of 3 year including training period,I have now 6 months left to complete my bond period.
and also there is notice period of 3 months.
plz tell me the way so that i can released with getting acceptance and relieving letter.and convince to HR is not possible.
