Dear Mr.Vishal

You cannot get the original paper but you get the certified copy (duplicate copy) of the same.

Before that you need to complain the same in the jurisdictional police, then give an advertisement  in the local newspaper regarding lost of original papers.

I have purchased Plot in 2009 from the layout carved out 3 surveys numbers at Bangalore Urban North.

As per the latest RTC, out of these 3 surveys - in one survey of 6.38 Acre, it is having of "Government Land of 2.1 Acre".

In the all the previous RTCs, there was no update about it, all the 6.38 Acre belongs to the Land Owner only.

Kindly advice - how to check - whether the entry into the RTC is genuine or not? How to get complete details about it?

Regards,

Ankur
